1 tablespoons black pepper
4 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon ground mustard
4 tablespoons Texas Pete
8 ounces A-1 steak sauce
2 tablespoons ground sage
14-ounce bottle ketchup
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 cloves minced garlic
1 bottle dark beer
1 pound unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 gallon apple cider vinegar
1 - 2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper (or to taste)

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly, make sure all lumps are completely gone. Use mini food processor if possible. Whisk all wet ingredients, except the vinegar. until completely mixed. Pour vinegar in large pot, add wet ingredients, blend. Heat over low heat, let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add butter and stir until completely melted. Cool completely, best keep in refrigerator. Shake well before using. Make as far in advance as possible.
