1 lb fresh green beans, or 2 10 oz boxes frozen whole green beans
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp dry oregano
1 small red onion, sliced into thin rings
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the green beans into 2" pieces. If using fresh beans, cook them, then cool them under cold water. If using frozen, thaw and drain on paper towels. Combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano and pepper. In a large salad bowl, combine the beans, onions, olives and the dressing. Toss to coat well. Sprinkle the crunbled Feta over all.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
