2 cups orzo
2 chicken breasts-shredded
24 kalamata olives-sliced
1/2 to 1 cup sundried tomatoes,chopped
1/2 bunch green onions,chopped
1/2 bunch fresh basil
1/2 bunch Italian parsley
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
8 oz. feta cheese

dressing:
3/4 cup olive oil
juice from 1 1/2 lemons
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook orzo according to package
add all the ingredients

make the dressing and add to orzo
refrigerates and enjoy!!
