1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 can french fried onions, crushed
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4-6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk. In other bowl, combine onions, parmeson cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture; then roll in onion mixture.
Place in 9x13 in. baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear.
