1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg strawberry Jello
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 ready made pie crust
Whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cook water, sugar, and cornstarch until CLEAR. While still hot add Jello, stir until dissolved. Cool until starting to thicken, then pour over a 9-inch pie shell filled with strawberries. Chill, serve with whipped cream.
