1 C flour
3/4 C chopped pecans
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C oleo, melted
1 pint frozen strawberries
3 egg whites
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla
1 pkg Dream Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, pecans, brown sugar and oleo like dough, place in 8x13" pan. Bake at 250º for one hour, stir every 15 minutes. Take out 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top and let cool. Break berries apart and beat together for a full 20 minutes with egg whites, sugar, and vanilla. Mix 1 pkg of Dream Whip* prepared by directions and fold in and pour over the crunch part and freeze. *Note: Cool Whip can be substituted.
