Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg boneless pork chops (you can use the bone-in kind too)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs (Progresso is the brand we use)
Quart sized Ziploc baggy
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. For this recipe, you will need a 13X9 baking dish or stone bakeware pan (shallow is fine).
Cut butter into small pieces and place in baking pan, or coat with cooking spray, whichever you prefer.
Pour olive oil into a bowl for dipping pork chops.
Remove pork chops from pkg, submerge in olive oil, flip, and submerge other side.
Add Italian breadcrumbs to the Ziploc bag.
Toss one pork chop inside the bag until it is coated well with bread crumbs.
Place coated pork chops in baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, flip pork chops to other side and bake an additional 5 minutes.

I serve this with whole green beans and mashed potatoes. Everyone loves it and it is so easy to make!
