1.5 LB Ground Beef
1 sweet onion
1 green pepper
1 egg
2 slices of bread - (White, Wheat or Rye)
1 Can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Take meat and chopped up onion and peppers add egg. Pull apart bread into small pieces.
Add a dash of salt and pepper.
Add can of tomato soup
Mix all the ingredients together
Make sure all mixed well.
Put into meatloaf pan - bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until brown on top
