1 (6oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp margarine
1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaorated milk)
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk, water and vanilla. Cook and stir constantly until thick, about 5 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream.
