4 c flour
1 lb. potato
2 eggs
1 slice, toasted bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skins and peel. Put through ricer. Add eggs, flour and keep working dough. Flatten in hands. Put bread cube inside and roll in hand. Keep working till it doesn't stick to hand. Boil 18 minutes.
