1 bunch of broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 potatoes
1 can milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3-4 med thick slices of velveeta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli and peel and cut potatoes and place in medium sauce pan, just barely cover with water. Place the two bouillon cubes in the water along with onion and bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer till veggies are tender. Cook uncovered. Pour off some water so there is about half of what you started with. Add the soup and 1/2 a can or so of milk. Heat through on low heat, being careful not to let the mixture boil. Add the slices of cheese and turn off heat and cover. Stir to distribute the cheese which has melted, before serving.

You can adjust the amount of cheese, but we like it to be more about the broccoli and the potatoes with just a hint of "cheese y ness" I think my recipe says "Pauly's Pavorite." Also I cut the veggies big enough so they still have their form when cooked and do not turn to mush.
