2 lbs. boneless chicken pieces
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sprite or other lemon/lime soda
2-3 T minced garlic
2T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crock pot. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. COver and cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. To thicken sauce after removing chicken: Mix 1/2 T cornstarch and 2 T water. Add to crock pot and stir well.
