4 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs

2 c milk

brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a separate bowl cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Alternately add flour mixture and milk mixing completely before adding more. (This recipe works best when treated like a cake. Extra strokes help not hurt). Spoon batter into cupcake tins until 2/3s full. Sprinkle 1 tsp brown sugar on top of each muffin.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Batter will keep up to 2 weeks in fridge but is best within the first week.
