1 1/2 c. Ritz Crackers, crushed
2/3 c. Butter or Margarine, melted
1/4 c. Sugar
Milk
1 3.4 oz. pkg. Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix
3 Heath Bars, crushed or chopped
Cool Whip

Directions:
Mix Ritz, butter and sugar. Press into a 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding with milk according to package directions. Pour on Ritz layer. Spread with Cool Whip. Top with Heath bars. Chill.

This is such a light dessert. I like to double the pudding mixture. Recipe can be doubled and placed in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
