1 c flour
1/2 c salt
2 Tbs cream of tartar
3 tsp oil
1 c water
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into saucepan. Cook over med heat for about 5 min. stirring constantly! It will start to get very hard to stir and start to look like play dough. Remove from pan and knead until cool.

It really is hard to mix-but stick with it! It saves forever in an airtight container-I use a zip-lock bag.
