1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans-optional
1 cup almonds-optional
1-12 oz box corn or rice chex

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º. Spray lg roasting pan (I use a lg cookie sheet) with nonstick cooking spray. Mix butter, syrup and brown sugar and microwave for 2 minutes. Put cereal and nuts in pan and pour hot mixture over. Bake 1 hour-stirring every 15 minutes. Stir as it is cooling so it won't be all stuck together.
