1 bowl potatoes
1 onion, diced
2 ribs celery, sliced
3 eggs, hard boiled, diced
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C sugar
2 1/2 T flour
1/2 C vinegar
1/2 C water

Peel, cube and cook potatoes until tender. Place potatoes, onion, celery and eggs in bowl and gently toss, then set aside. Beat 1 egg in small pan, add remaining DRESSING ingredients, except mayonnaise. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Cool. Add half amount of mayonnaise as dressing and stir. Pour dressing over potatoes and toss to coat all. Add paprika to top.
