Chicken:
2 1/2 C chopped cooked Chicken
1 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 C chopped Celery
Mayonnaise
22 oz canned Mandarin Oranges, drained

Puff:
1/2 C Water
1/4 C Margarine
1/2 C Flour
2 Eggs
dash of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, cheese, celery and mayo to moisten. Mix lightly. Stir in oranges and chill. For the puff, bring the water and margarine to a boil. Add the flour and salt. Stir until it forms a ball. Remove from the heat. Beat the eggs. Add the eggs 1/2 at a time. Beat well after each addition. Spread the batter onto the bottom and sides of a well greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Turn off the oven. Prick the puff with a fork. Leave in a closed oven 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Spoon in the chicken mixture. Enjoy!
