2 small Zucchini
2/3 c. Mayonnaise
1 to 2 T. Bleu Cheese, crumbled
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil zucchini for 4-5 minutes and cut in half lengthwise. Combine mayonnaise, bleu cheese and garlic salt; spread on top of zucchini. Top with grated Parmesan. Broil until brown and bubbly, about 5-10 minutes.
