1 1/2 T. Butter
1 1/2 T. Flour
3/4 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 c. Cheddar Cheese
1 T. Onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 lb. Asparagus, cooked
Crushed Potato Chips or Bread crumbs
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add salt, paprika, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese is melted. Place well-drained asparagus in casserole. Pour cheese sauce over asparagus. Top with chips or crumbs. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
