1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. applesauce
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar

Combine water, oil, and 1 Tbsp. powder; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and add water, oil, and powder mixture.

Grease and flour two bread pans. Pour dough into pans and top with mixture of 2 Tbsp. sugar & 1 tsp. nutmeg.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
