Crust:
2-1/2 c. pretzels, crushed
3/4 c. margarine
3 T. sugar

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
6 oz. pineapple Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
large can crushed pineapple, drained (can use juice as part of the 2 c. water above)

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix pretzels, butter and sugar and press into ungreased 10x15-inch baking dish. Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes and cool. For filling, blend cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust and chill. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water Add pineapple and chill. Pour over cream cheese mixture when almost set. Chill and serve. (Can substitute strawberry Jell-O and frozen strawberries for pineapple.)
