3 c. butter
4 1/2 c. brown sugar
6 eggs
6 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
6 c. rolled oats
5 c. cornflakes
6 c. whole peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix.
In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Mix well.
Add oatmeal and cornflakes. Mix lightly.
Add peanuts. Mix lightly.
Using a # 40 ice cream scoop drop onto a pastry sheet liner on baking pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 mins. or until light brown.
