1lb elbow macaroni, 1stick of butter, 3c 2% milk, 4 eggs, 2c sharp cheddar cheese, 2c colby jack, and or monterey jack cheeses, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
put cooked noodles (still warm) into a mixing bowl, cut butter into small chunks stir in. Add all 4 cups of shredded cheeses, egg and milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, it will look soupy. Pour mixture into a sprayed 9X13 casserole dish and bake 45 minutes uncovered @ 350
