1 c. mayonnaise
1 T. lime juice
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
12 oz. crabmeat
1/2 c. saltine crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. green onions, finely chopped
1/4 c. red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 T. olive oil

For Lime Sauce:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
If using canned crabmeat, drain first. Mix all crabcake ingredients together except oil and bread crumbs. Form into small 1/2-inch thick patties and coat with bread crumbs. Cook in oil over medium heat until crispy, about three minutes each side. Combine all lime sauce ingredients and chill. Serve hot crabcakes with chilled lime sauce
