1 bag of Hearts of Romaine lettuce,  two medium tomatoes chopped, 1/2 of a seedless cucumber peeled and chopped, 1/4 cup of red onion chopped, 1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese crumbled, 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (no pits), Farmer Boy Greek dressing,  Olive oil, White Balsamic Vinegar, Sugar or splenda, water, Texas  Toast Croutons

Directions:
mix all ingredients together in a large salad bowl. To make the dressing mix: 1/2 bottle greek dressing, 1/4c balsamic vinegar, 1/8c olive oil, 1/8c water, two packets of splenda.....shake and pour over the other ingredients. Top with TexasTtoast croutons.
