1 box Acini-d-pepe
1 C. Sugar
2 T. Flour
3 beaten Eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 3/4 C. Pineapple and mandarin orange juice
2 cans Pineapple tidbits (or 1 large can chuck pineapple)
2 cans Mandarin Oranges
1 pint Sweetened Whipped Cream
Miniature Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Cook Acini-D-Pepe in salt water. Drain. Rinse and cool.
Dressing: (Cook until thick) 1 C.Sugar, 2 T. Flour, 3 beaten Eggs, 1/2 tsp. Salt and 1 3/4 C. Pineapple and mandarin orange juice.
Add dressing to cooled Acini-d-pepe and seal in a bowl and set in refrigerator overnight. Then add: 2 cans pineapple tidbits, 2 cans mandarin oranges, 1 pint Sweetened Whipped Cream and miniature marshmallows.
Cool and serve. Keeps well.
