4 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and chopped (about 3 lbs.)
3 cups buttermilk
1 (8 oz) carton plain yogurt
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
3 T fresh lemon juice
2 T chopped fresh dill
1 ½ t salt
½ t pepper

Process all ingredients, in batches, in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl; cover and chill 2 hours.
