mixed greens for 8
crumbled blue cheese
crumbled cooked bacon
chopped pecans (sugared)
Choose one:
diced ripe pear
diced apple
dried cranberries

3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 T. sugar
3 T. rice vinegar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley

Combined dressing ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour. Toss salad ingredients then add dressing right before serving.
