Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large ripe avocadoes
3 medium size jalapenos
1/4 medium size onion
1 large ripe tomato
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Split jalapenos and remove seeds (unless you like the "heat"). Chop jalapenos into small cubes. Chop 1/4 onion and tomato into small cubes. Cut avocado in half and scoop out the fruit with spoon. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl. Mash and mix contents until desired consistency. A potato masher works well for this, but a fork will do too. (NOTE: I like it "chunkier rather than creamy.)

If you like it more "spicy", add extra cayenne pepper. Put one of the seeds from the avocado into the dip to keep it fresh. Even better if you warm your chips in the microwave before eating!
