1 pkg. of Homestyle meatballs

1 can pineapple chunks
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Follow the directions on the meatball package.

Drain juice from pineapple and add enough water to make 1 cup. Mix in cornstarch and cook until thick. Add brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and lemon juice. Add Kitchen Bouquet to darken sauce. Then add pineapple and green pepper. Pour sauce over meatballs and heat in microwave about 3 minutes.

Separately, fix some rice. If desired place the meatballs mixture on the rice or serve it separately.
