Cake:
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick of butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 can (15 oz.) Fruit Cocktail with Syrup

Icing:
1/2 c. Milnot Evaporated Milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all cake ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Combine the icing ingredients together in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of coconut and blend well. Remove from heat and pour icing over hot cake.
