1 lb. ground beef
5 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. thyme
Sprinkle of parsley flakes
Sprinkle of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 boxes frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 c. celery, sliced
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown beef in a skillet, drain. Mix all ingredients together in a large pot. Simmer for about 1 hour. You may add 1 cubed potato to soup during last 20 minutes of cooking.
