4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tomato, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp McCormick Garlic Herb seasoning blend
1 tsp olive oil
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
In 9"x13" baking dish arrange chicken and top with chopped tomato
Mix water, olive oil and garlic herb seasoning blend and pour over chicken
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
Place one cheese slice on each piece of chicken and bake for another 5 minutes
