1 Box White or Yellow Cake Mix
1 8oz.pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
4 Eggs
1/2 c. Butter, melted
3-1/2 c. Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cake mix, 2 eggs and melted butter in large bowl. Spread mixture in 9x13 inch greased pan. Beat together cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs and 3 C. of powdered sugar. Pour over cake mix. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 C. Powdered sugar. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
