3 [4 oz.] Cans Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 lb. Bulk Pork Sausage
2 c. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
[thawed]
8 Tbsp. Sweet Red Pepper,diced
8 Tbsp. Green Pepper, diced
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 Eggs
8 Tbsp. Milk
1/2 tsp. Pepper
4 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Separate crescent dough into triangles; arrange on an ungreased round pizza pan (you can also use 10x13 rectangle pan). Press onto the bottom of pan, building up edges slightly; seal perforations. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle over crust. Top with potatoes, peppers and cheddar cheese. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and pepper. Pour over pizza; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are completely set and top is golden brown. Cut into slices.
