4 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 il. grnd beef
3/4 cup chopped onion
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c.grated parmesan cheese
p diced green pepper1/4 cu
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles as directed package,directions,Meanwhile in a skillet cook beef and
onion
over mdm heat until meat is no longer pink.DRAIN
ADD TOMATO SAUCE GARLIC SALT PEPPER AND SALT.
In mixing bowl combine cream cheese, cootage cheese parmesan and onion and green pepper.
Drain noodles place half in greased 13 by 9 pan.
Topmwith half the meat and cheese mixture
Repeat layers
top with parmesan cheese
Bake at 350
for 30 to 35 minutes
