CRUMB LAYER:
3/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
FILLING:
2 T. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
CRUMB LAYER: Cream butter and brown sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Blend with pastry blender. Save 1 cup of crumbs. Pat rest into a 9 x 13 greased cake pan.
FILLING: Heat filling ingredients over low heat. Stir until smooth. Pour over crumb layer. Sprinkle 1 cup crumbs over top. Pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
