2 lbs diced chix or ground beef
1 mdm onion diced
1 can black beans (15oz) drained
1 to 2 tsp chili powder
3 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
4 flour or corn tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup(10oz.)
1 can(10 oz)diced tomatoes with green chilies
1cup shredded cheese

In small skillet over medium heat, cook the meat and onion until meat is no longer pink. Add beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Transfer to 13 by 9 by2 baking dish.
Combine soup and tomatoes pour over tortillas.
sprinkle the cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated thru.
