1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butterscotch chips and butter in saucepan. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg and add to butterscotch mixture. Fold into mixture (just until combined) the marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts. Spread into an 8x8 or 9x9 pan (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Don't over bake. You can double the recipe (recommended) and use a 9x13 pan. Enjoy!!
