1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. vegetable or sesame oil
1 small minced garlic clove
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 6 ingredients together and pour into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. Add chicken and either let set for 1-2 hrs. or freeze for later. If frozen, thaw and pour into baking dish. To stretch this meal, add a bag of frozen, add stir fry style vegetables before baking. Bake 350º for 35 min. Serve over cooked rice.
