3 cups noodles

1/3 c all purpose flour
2 2/3 cup 1% milk
¾ cup lite Swiss shredded
½ c grated fresh Parmesan
½ cup shredded extra sharp cheddar
3 oz light Velveeta
¼ tsp Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Crease a 2 quart casserole

Cook Macroni according to package directions

In a Large sauce pan; Put flour in pan, slowly add the milk while wishing over medium heat until thick (about 8 minutes) Stirring constantly add all cheeses.

Combine macaroni, salt to cheese sauce

Options;

Add Onion Melba crumbs on top.
