¼ Lb Bacon; cooked crisp and crumbled

1/3 C Onion, finely chopped and browned

1 pie crust

½ lb Swiss Cheese, Shredded

3 eggs

2 cup cream

½ teaspoon salt

Dash cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Sprinkle onion, bacon and cheese on bottom of pie shell. Mix egg milk salt and cayenne pepper.

Sprinkle extra cheese on top
Bake 10 minutes then reduce heat to 325, bake until firm about 20 minutes.
