Brie round
Round bread; Hawaiian or sour dough
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Create hole in bread (use the empty brie container for form.
Carefully slice top rind from Brie
Slice Brie in half
Place 1/2 brie in bread hole. Cover with 1/8 cup sugar and 1/8 cup nuts.
cover with other 1/2 brie. cover top with remaining brown sugar and pecans.
Heat in 350 oven 30 minutes or until bubbly
Serve with bread chunks or crackers
