2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cups shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup raw grated apples
1 1/2 T. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

3 T. sugar
1 tsp. sugar

Mix shortening, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased baking pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Make dip down the middle of the pan with spoon. Put half cinnamon and sugar mixture in the middle and cover. Sprinkle rest over top. Bake 1 hour at 350
