5 cucumbers, sliced

1 green pepper
1 cup sugar
1 T. mustard seed
a tsp. tumeric
1 cup vinegar

Directions:
Mix cukes and salt. let sit for two hours. Rinse, drain, squeeze dry. Boil rest of ingredients and cool. Mix together and refrigerated for 6 months.
