1 Devils Food chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 C water
4 eggs
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 box chocolate fudge instant pudding mix

CARAMEL ICING:
1 stick oleo
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1/3 C cream, canned, short
1 1/2 C confectioners sugar
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Add cake mix, water, eggs, oil and pudding mix to bowl and beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Grease and flour a tube pan. Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 25 minutes.

CARAMEL ICING:
Melt oleo, then add brown sugar and cream. Cook for 2 minutes. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Beat until right consistency to spread.
