1 LB. Skinless, boneless chicken breast cubed
1/4 Cup Italian Dressing
4 oz. ( 1/2 of a 8 oz. box) Cream Cheese
2 T. flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheese( Cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella)
1 pkg. frozen veggies or broccoli florets
1 refrigerated pie crust

Preheat oven to 375 º , Cook chicken in dressing in a large skillet 2 to 3 min, or until browned on both sides. Add cream cheese, cook and stir until melted. Add flour and mix well. Add broth and veggies, simmer 5 minutes. Right before you pour the mixture in the pie plate, mix in the shredded cheese. Pour mixture into a 10-inch deep dish pie plate. Arrange pie crust over filling; flute edges. Cut 4 slits in crust to allow steam to escape. Bake 30 min. or until crust is golden brown.
