3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. prepared coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 c whipping cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cook chips, coffee and vanilla on low heat until smooth. Cool to room temperature and add 4 egg yolks, beating well after each. In separate bowl whip cream and sugar. In another bowl, whip egg whites and salt until peaks form. Gently fold egg white mixture with whip cream mixture. Add 1 c. cream mixture into chocolate mixture until mixed evenly. Fold rest in gently only until swirled.
