2 cups of bread crumbs
3/4 cups plus 3 T of flour
2 tsp of saly divided plus more for seasoning
1 T. blacl pepper
3/4 tsp. of soul food seasoning or seasoned meat tenderizer
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 Large eggs3 1/3 cups whole milk
8 boneless pork chops
2 to 2 1/2 cups veggie oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, 3/4 cups of flour, 1/2 tsp of the salt, 1/4 tsp of the black pepper, soul food seasoning or meat tenderizer. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and 2/3 cups of the milk. Season chops lightly with salt and pepper on both sides. Lightly flour chops with the breadcrumb cracker mixture and then proceed to dip chops in the egg and milk mixture.Heavily coat chops with the cracker/flour mixture a second time pressing mixture in the chops and shaking off excess flour. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the chops and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
